At Radiant Recovery, we believe that healing is more than physical—it's emotional, spiritual, and personal. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to providing complimentary, oncology-safe facials to cancer patients and survivors. Our mission is to nurture and support those navigating the challenges of cancer treatment by offering gentle, restorative skin care tailored to their unique needs. We are also dedicated to educating the community on the importance of nutrition & overall wellness. We are now offering wellness sessions to our clients.

Cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy can leave the skin fragile, sensitive, and compromised. Through compassionate touch and carefully selected products, our trained estheticians create a soothing experience that promotes comfort, self-confidence, and well-being.

In Dedication to my Father

Johnny Brown was my Father and transitioned on May 5, 2025. His cancer journey began in 2015 when he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Thankfully, it was caught early and he underwent radiation. In 2023, he was diagnosed with Leukemia and underwent a series of chemotherapy treatments and 2 stem cell transplants in which my younger sister was his donor. Because of those transplants, he defied the odds by living 2 years after those treatments when doctors had given him approximately 6 months.

Inspired by Love, Fueled by Purpose

Radiant Recovery was born from a deeply personal place. Watching my father battle leukemia showed me not only the physical toll of cancer but the invisible wounds it leaves on the heart, mind, and spirit. Throughout his journey, I witnessed the moments when his body grew weary, his spirit felt fragile, and even the simplest gestures of care made a world of difference.

My father was the kind of man whose presence filled a room—strong, kind, and full of life. Even in his hardest days, he showed me the power of resilience and the importance of feeling seen and cared for beyond the medical charts. It was during this time that I recognized a gap—while cancer patients often receive excellent medical treatment, their emotional and skin health are often overlooked.

As an esthetician, I knew I could do more. I wanted to create a space where patients and survivors could experience gentle, restorative touch, and where their compromised skin could be cared for with compassion and expertise. I wanted to give them a moment to feel nurtured, beautiful, and whole again.

That’s why I founded Radiant Recovery, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to offering free oncology-safe facials to cancer patients and survivors. Every facial is more than a treatment—it’s a tribute to my father’s legacy, and a promise to continue offering comfort, dignity, and hope to others walking a similar path.”
